All orders can be returned within 7 days from the date the item was received for a full refund to your original payment form. Received date will be verified using your tracking information. If 7 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.

Any non-returnable items will be processed for store credit in the form on an online gift card.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:
To send back the item(s) you'd like to return, you can either ship at your expense with your carrier of choice or we can send you a return shipping label for which the cost of shipping is deducted from your refund amount. We will send you the return label via email.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business day of your credit card billing cycle.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as carriers are responsible for your package before it reaches us.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted so please check with your credit card company as well. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
