Shipping policy
We offer free shipping through USPS Standard Mail on every order with no minimum order total required. For orders over $50, we provide UPS Ground (3-5 business days) at no additional cost. If you need your package sooner, we also offer Fedex 2-Day Shipping (ships next business day) and UPS Overnight (for orders placed before 3 PM PST) at additional fees at listed checkout.
We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Please do not use a PO box address to ship your order.
Orders shipped via USPS Standard Mail can take up to 15 business days to be delivered due to current, ongoing events. If you are in need of your order sooner, we recommend choosing Fedex 2-Day Shipping or UPS Overnight Shipping at an additional fee, or spending $50 or more to qualify for UPS Ground. Once the order leaves our shipment center in Los Angeles, you will receive confirmation and tracking via email and the carrier will be provided and responsible for your package. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email within 2 business days.
